What stays yours

What Toetusradar never does

  • It never submits, signs or logs in to a funder's portal.
  • It sends nothing to a supplier until you approve the request.
  • It never treats an AI guess as a fact. A fact comes from the register, your document or a person, and says which.
  • It invents nothing. A missing fact stays a question, or a clearly marked assumption you review.

Your data

  • Each workspace is separate. Only people you invite see yours.
  • A company's facts stay with that company. Private facts are used only in the application you allowed them for.
  • Every fact shows where it came from: the register, your document or a person.
  • The AI gets only the parts a task needs. Every approval records who approved what, and when.

Data is kept in the EU (Germany).

Estonian and English

Switch the whole interface between Estonian and English. The application itself is written in the funder's language, whatever language you work in.

How joining works

There is no price list yet. We agree the price with you, based on what you need.

    A few lines: who you are and what you want funded.

    We talk through your companies, the grants and the price.

  3. 3Your invite.

    You sign in with a one-time code sent to your e-mail. No password.

  4. 4Your workspace.

    Your companies go in by registry code, and the radar starts.

Choose the AI that does the work

  • Our AI.

    Where we agree it, the AI runs on our account.

  • Your own model key.

    OpenAI or Anthropic. Stored encrypted, used only for your workspace, never shown again.

  • Your own agent.

    Your Hermes agent fetches your workspace's tasks and sends the results back. Nothing connects into your machine.

Whichever you choose, usage is measured per workspace, with daily and weekly limits. No limit is passed without asking you.

Questions

Why invite-only?

Each workspace is set up with you: companies, watched sources and the AI choice. We do it properly, a few at a time.

Does it submit the application for me?

No. It prepares everything and can guide a browser assistant to fill in the form. You log in, sign and press Submit.

Which grants does it find?

Public calls from Estonian funders and EU programmes. For each company you see which sources are watched and which cannot be read automatically yet.

What does it cost?

There is no price list yet. We agree the price in a short call or chat, based on what you need.

Who sees my data?

The people you invite to your workspace. Each company's facts stay with that company, and the AI gets only the parts a task needs.

Which AI does it use?

Three options: our AI, where we agree it; your own OpenAI or Anthropic key; or your own Hermes agent. An AI guess is never used as a fact: a fact comes from the register, your document or a person.

Will it e-mail anyone in my name?

Only suppliers, only for quotes the funder requires, and only after you approve the exact text.

I have an invite. How do I sign in?

Press Sign in and enter the e-mail address your invite went to. You get a one-time code.
